If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, the Bookshop will accept the goods for return and issue a Bookshop credit note, provided that:
- Receipts are presented as proof of purchase,
- Goods are returned in mint condition, and
- We receive the goods back from you within 7 working days of your purchase.
Goods that are deemed to be faulty will be replaced with no additional costs than have been initially incurred.
If goods are accepted for return and a credit note is issued, it will be valid for a period of 24 months from the date of issue and must be produced as proof of outstanding credit. We will not re-issue vouchers if lost or misplaced. Vouchers are redeemable at any of our bookstores.
These terms are not deemed to affect your statutory rights; the Bookshop retains its right to refuse returns and exchanges at its discretion.
We do not issue cash refunds.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Calculators
- Computer Software & Hardware
- CDs and DVDs
- Sale Books and Sale Stationery
- Second hand books
- Course and subject handbooks
- Phone Cards, unless deemed faulty
- Stationery, unless deemed faulty
- Parking vouchers, unless deemed faulty
- Government Acts, Amendments and legislation
- Credit notes
- Gift vouchers
